My name is Leo Zepeda and I am an artist here local to Portland Oregon.

I have always been drawn to art, and It has been my dream to be a tattoo artist since my teen years. I just received my license in March 2022. I'm very happy to be on this path and excited to grow my skills every day.

I thoroughly enjoy tattooing black and grey pieces as well as color. I am inspired by floral, script, and cultural pieces. My rate is currently $100 an hour.
